HARRIET HAS LOST ALMOST 70 LBS. IN JUST 5 MONTHS!

"I was aware that I had gained weight, but had learned to live with it until I saw a picture in my church directory of an old, fat woman wearing a shirt like one I had. It was me! I was not aware how my now out-of-control weight had aged me a good 20 years. I was unable to site crossed legged or put on pantyhose without having my breath cut off. I would break into a sweat just climbing stairs and let's not even talk about the pain in my knees from carrying all of that weight. When I heard a QWLC advertisement on the radio, I decided to take charge of my life and health again. I have been on the program for 22 weeks and have lost almost 70 lbs. When I started, I wore a size 20. This past weekend I bought a size 8 skirt. The hardest part of the plan is buying new clothes, but gee, I think I can find a way to get over it! The counselors at QWLC are great and encourage your every step of the way. They teach you how to eat, what to eat, and how your body will respond to different foods. The meal plan ensures you lose weight evenly so as you lose, you maintain muscle and skin tone. Who wants kimono arms?! I have never felt deprived or hungry. I eat regular food and go out quite often. This is not just a diet, it's a lifestyle change and one that's easy to maintain.

Some of the fun things about the new me... A man I have worked with for 10 years was away for a couple of months. He did not recognize me when he came back in town. I am seeing bones that were long forgotten. I can sit on the floor crossed-legged, sideways, even hug my legs and breathe normally. My dog finally weighs more than I do!
